We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Our rules are:
- Since many of our products are customized and made to order, if you would like to cancel an item please contact us within 24 hours of purchase
- For returns, we have to be contacted within 7 days of delivery Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Unless the product has a production flaw, the shipping cost for sending a product back must be paid by the buyer.
Please note that Clearance items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Yes. Please send us a picture of the damaged mug at email@example.com in order to start the refund process.
No, all of our items are made-to-order.
Our average production and processing time is 1-2 business days. You can check individual processing times in each product listing.
If we cannot fulfill our promised processing time for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail to provide an updated shipping date.
All of our products are eligible for Free Shipping with USPS First Class, which usually take 2-5 business days depending on your location.
If you need to upgrade your shipping, we also offer Priority Shipping (2-3 days) or Priority Express (overnight).
Yes. However, if you are considering making a purchase from a different country, we suggest getting informed in advance about what your local import and customs regulations are.
There are often local charges such as import and custom fees that must be paid besides the shipping cost whenever you buy a product abroad.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for additional charges for local import regulations or delays due to customs.
